2023 Christmas Walk

There are several ways for you to market your business or community organization at the Oswego Christmas Walk.

Host a Main Street Booth

Friday, Dec. 1. Host a holiday-themed activity on Main Street and interact with hundreds of families. Deadline to apply is Nov. 4.
 

10' x 10' Booth fees

  • Oswego-based Businesses: $50.00 per 10' of space

  • Oswego-based Not-For-Profit Orgs: $0 (limited to one; 10' x 10' space, each, and to the first 15 applicants)

Applications acceptance timeframes

  • Priority goes to applicants located within the permitted event zone from Sept. 7 - 22, 2023.

  • Applicants within Oswego but not on the permitted event zone:  Sept. 23 – Oct. 13.

 

Non-Oswego-based Businesses and Not-for-Profit Organizations

  • $75.00 per 10' of space.

Application accepted after Oct. 14, based upon availability.

Sell food on Main Street

Friday, Dec. 1. Food vendors, sell the tastes of the season.  
 

Food Vendor Booth Fees

Oswego-based food vendors along the permitted event zone: priority acceptance and placement between Sept. 7 - 22, 2023.

  • Non -refundable fee of $100 per 10’ x 10’ of space.

  • Oswego-based food vendors located within the event zone may apply after Sept. 22 but will no longer receive priority placement.

  • Oswego-based food vendors outside of the permitted event zone:  Priority acceptance and placement between Sept. 23 – Oct. 13.

  • Non-refundable booth fee of $100 per 10’ x 10’ of space.

  • Oswego-based food vendors may apply after Oct. 13 but will no longer receive priority placement.

 

Non Oswego-based food vendors may apply starting Oct. 14:

  • Non-refundable booth fee: $150 per 10’ x 10’ of space.

Volunteer

Christmas Walk relies on volunteers to make this a successful community event. Volunteers receive a long-sleeved T-shirt, bottled water and a meal voucher to eat on site at Chik-fil-A. Student volunteers may earn volunteer credit hours towards school-related volunteer requirements.

Volunteer activities include helping with inflatables, hosting games, dressing up as costumed characters and assisting with the parade.
